Building 2 (1719sq m) - Single storey function & exhibition building with flexible space & retail pods at either end. Heritage Building A (331sq m) - 2 storey building to be refurbished to provide restaurant with bar & outdoor dining deck & function room on upper level. Heritage Building B (640sq m) - Single storey building to be refurbished to provide restaurants/cafes & over water bar deck extending into the river under the storey bridge between buildings B & C. Building C (1183sq m) - Refurbishment of wharf shed to provide new brewery. Building E (1294) - Single storey building to provide organic cafes, pergolas & gardens. Open space areas include Events Lawn & Amphitheatre with seating terraces. Bee Lounge - Modular prefabricated mobile building with accessible linked green roof to provide education on urban farming to school groups. Bird House - Informal grave terrace overlooking the river with small mobile prefabricated café. 2 levels basement parking for 344 cars. Construction of new entrance road & roundabout.
