Stage 3 will comprise sporting fields (Nos 6, 7 & 8), carparking, stormwater management facilities & site access, amenities, landscaping, access paths, lighting & other associated facilities. Works to be carried out for sporting fields 6, 7 & 8 include general site works: installation of site protection fencing, erosion control & sediment controls; access road to Stage 3 carpark area, bus lay-by, secondary access/egress onto captain Cook Dr including line marking & speed controls; construction of multi-purpose track (cycling & walking) linking Captain Cook Dr to fields 6-8, carpark area for 170 cars; install 500mm depth growing medium layer to sporting field & landscape rehabilitation areas; install drainage & irrigation to fields 6-8 area to feed back to wetland in established Stage 1B works; install lighting to fields 6-8, carpark area & vehicle access road; revegetate remainder of Stage 3 work area; install fencing to fields & site as necessary; construct concrete cricket wicket & line mark & equip fields with goal posts; decommission site establishment works as necessary. Sporting fields nos 6, 7 & 8 are all 120m in length & 70m in width, all will be provided with reticulated pop-up irrigation fitted with moisture & wind detection. All sporting fields will be provided with the following services: potable water; recycled water for field irrigation; sewer connection to rising main in Captain Cook Dr; high voltage power connection to substations; field tower lighting (100lux) & pole lighting to access road & formal parking area; telecommunications & conduit for CCTV provision. 4 lighting towers at hte corners of each sporting field will be provided, lighting will also be provided to the access road & carparking area. Amenities building of 136sq m to be located at south eastern corner of sports field no 6, to be constructed of face brick & lightweight materials for walls & colorbond roof, the building will comprise 2 change rooms with showers, food preparation area & kiosk, storage for field gear, ground control room & toilets including accessible toilet. Fitout works for amenities building including all sewer, potable water, electricity services connection; non structural lightweight patitions; sanitary fixtures & fittings; internal doors, WC stalls, shower screens, seats, benches, counters & other fixed items; light fittings & electrical equipment; floor & wall finishes; internal & external painting where required.
