About This Project

Demolition of the building known as the Animal House, miscellaneous out-buildings, the existing tennis/ basketball courts, & the cricket pavilion. Construction of 3 new buildings along the northern boundary of the site to accommodate approximately 379 graduate students & visiting academics & associated communal amenities such as a dining hall; multipurpose/function space; a library; a cafe/bar & associated uses. Refurbishment works to the Garnsey Wing of the college to provide upgraded communal facilities. Construction of 2 new flood-lit tennis/basket ball courts near the corner of City and Fisher Rds, including associated amenities, new cricket pavilion & parking. Realignment and lifting of St Paul s Oval. Realignment of the existing internal driveway and entry/exit off City Rd to a more central location. Minor works to the entry to the college off Carillon Av. Creation of a new internal vehicular entrance from Fisher Rd. Associated drainage/stormwater works. Rendered masonry walls, zinc or prefinished wide pan roof sheeting, stone base and capping/detail, metal framed glazed bay windows.
