The bridge to be assembled & built on the Burswood Peninsula side & will offer new connection from East Perth to the Burswood Peninsula & the new Perth Stadium Project providing ports fan the opportunity to walk to the new stadium from the city, an access for the community to playgrounds, picnic & barbecue areas & a network of walking & cycling paths having a clearance of about 8m on its underside open for year-round use & will have 2 landscaped pause points with seating arrangement. Silt curtains will be installed in the first in-river works, from the Burswood foreshore clean granite will be placed in the river to build a 100m length causeway which will be used for in-river construction & assembly platform & will be removed on completion of the project.
