Curtain wall glass panels, large format granite paving, natural stone cladding, timber decking, expressed steel frame structure, soffit aluminium composite cladding, colorbond operable metal roof. Basement carparking over 3 levels & surface carparking totalling 699 spaces comprising 77 surface spaces located on the western portion of the site, including porte cochere, 275 spaces at basement level 1, also including back-of-house area, loading dock & tandem, 172 spaces at basement level 2 & 175 spaces at basement level 3.
