Alterations to the heritage listed Walsh Bay Promenade & part of Hickson Rd for the removal of the existing awnings & installation of new crank operated retractable cloth & metal framed awnings to all the retail tenancies of the Shore Apartment building facing the boardwalk & to the retail premises on the south side of Hickson Rd. The awnings & arms will be sited outside the existing glass awnings & clamped by stainless steel clamps to the timber posts of the colonnades. The work also includes removal of existing retail tenancies signage & replacement with new aluminium signage on timber columns.
