About This Project

Alterations & additions to existing club. The existing smoking room will be modified with the removal of the aluminium louvres which surround the space, removal of part of the roof over and a modification to the floor area to include an open-air planter and increased ventilation to the room. Existing steel framed egress gates with timber slat infill will be relocated to the new egress point from the courtyard facing the carpark at the northern end of the building. Along the top of the masonry courtyard walls the existing powdercoated steel picket-style fencing approx 600mm high will be extended to the new works.
