Level 04 works comprise demolition; atrium; refurbishment to create single large tenancy 3,586sq m; new male & female toilets staff facilities & fire stairs; construction of mezzanine level to retail tenancy. Level 05 works comprise demolition; atrium; refurbishment to create single large tenancy 3,857sq m; new male & female toilets staff facilities & fire stairs; balconies. External building changes comprise replacement of existing aluminium window frames & glass; demolition of external deck & stairs, roller doors, awnings & some window openings; reinstatement & refurbishment of original components on building facade, carpark to be finished with hit & miss brickwork, metal paneling, full height glazing.
