About This Project
Alterations and additions to existing commercial office and warehouse building (Unit 6 of Building B) for change of use to a new motor car showroom. Ground level: The ground floor covered area fronting O Riordan St will be enclosed bringing it in line with the remainder of the ground floor facade and the floor above. The internal space will be fitted out to create the new ground level Bentley Showroom and reception area including moving walls, incorporation of stairs, addition of a car display and adding openings. A new scissor vehicle lift is proposed within the vehicle storage area to the rear, providing access to the first floor level showroom above. This vehicle lift will be enclosed by a roller shutter from the vehicle storage area. First floor level: The existing floorspace in the north eastern corner of the building will be removed to create a void above the new ground floor showroom. The existing internal space will be fitted out to create the new upper level Bentley Showroom and ancillary offices. The existing facade of Unit 6 fronting O Riordan St will be replaced with full height black framed clear glazing, the south eastern facade at the first floor level will be replaced with clear glass. Vehicle storage spaces for 20 vehicles.
