Redesign & upgrade of ground floor (857sq m) to provide new glazing & building entrances, suspended street awning, signage, 365sq m retail tenancy space, cinema 3 (seating 18 patrons), cinema 4 (seating 22 patrons), cinema 5 (seating 22 patrons), digital control room, lower lobby area, foyer & ancillary space. Remodelling of first floor (867sq m) to accommodate digital control room, common linking foyer, ancillary space, function rooms, staff office, storage, cinema 1 (seating 121 patrons) & cinema 2 (seating 57 patrons). Temporary dividing acoustic walls & curtains, high level scalloped windows, raked floor platforms, exposed timber floor joints & beams, plasterboard, cinema screens, acoustic double glazing & aluminium glazing frames.
