Erection of new internal petition dividing retail space from the back of house area. Installation of display cases & service counters. Installation of desks & work spaces in the back of house areas. Recladding of the ground level George Street fire hydrant/sprinkler valve door. The existing wooden door it to be clad in a solid marble finish to match the remainder of the ground floor facade. Installation of a 0.4m x 0.2m brass plaque signage on new marble cladding adjacent to the building entry. The signage will contain the name of the retail premises (Diamond Exchange).
