CoreLogic collects and maintains Australia’s most comprehensive and up-to-date property and mortgage database featuring over four billion decision property decision points.
Steve Millward, Head of Commercial at Data Republic, welcomed the CoreLogic partnership:
“The immense scale and reach of the CoreLogic property data unlocks so many possibilities for participating organisations in our ecosystem.
“We know that property data can be a potent life-event indicator for consumer marketers so the opportunity to marry-up data from CoreLogic with financial, retail, online, automotive and life-stage datasets from our other Data Contributors is particularly exciting. This could open up entirely new ways for marketers to leverage property intent insights.
“CoreLogic is a global leader in property analytics and we welcome both their team’s expertise and powerful data reach within our secure data exchange ecosystem,” Mr Millward said.
Speaking of the ability to deliver property-specific insights and the additional value to be revealed from combining rich property data with other datasets, CoreLogic Chief Technology Officer Greg Dickason said, “This newly-formed partnership and data share initiative between Data Republic and CoreLogic demonstrates our combined commitment to helping the broader industry as well as bringing our secure cloud-based solutions to a new and previously unexplored market.
“This is a valuable enabler for Data Republic users who can now access multiple CoreLogic data sets to create new products, services and insights ranging from residential market trends, aggregated on the market and on-the-move data providing properties listed for sale, for rent or sold within the last three months. In addition, we will also provide a significant amount of attribute data covering valuation bands, house sizes, property types and whether occupiers are owners or renters.” Mr Dickason said.
CoreLogic joins Data Republic’s ever-growing roster of Data Contributors which now includes Westpac, Qantas Loyalty, NAB and Worldsmart, as well as a variety of specialist industry and government data sources.
