According to CoreLogic preliminary auction results, the week ending 22nd  of June saw 40 commercial properties go up for auction across Australia, substantially higher than the 13 preliminary events last week. 

The preliminary figures suggest a clearance rate of 55%, with 22 properties sold prior to, or at, auction.

The data collected so far by CoreLogic suggests that the cleared auctions were concentrated in NSW, with 11 of 16 properties sold. 

This week also saw a sale in South Australia by Burgess Rawson, where commercial auction sales are typically concentrated on the east coast. The property was a retail shop, sold before auction for an undisclosed price.
