The latest research from Eastern Sydney Cityscope shows property sales values have decreased in the past three months.
Sales recorded in the quarter to April 2019 totalled $90.1 million, a decrease from the $127.8 million recorded in the quarter to January 2019 and a decrease from the $162.7 million recorded in the quarter to October 2018.
This data brings the 12 month total to $517.9 million, a decrease from the $801.4 million recorded the same time last year.

Notable sales listed in the April 2019 update of Eastern Sydney Cityscope include:
- Gordon House at 74-78 Wentworth Avenue, Surry Hills
A five-storey brick commercial building with retail on the ground floor, with a building area of 3,154 sqm, was bought for $39.5 million; - 397-399 New South Head Road, Double Bay
A 2-storey building with parking for 9 cars to the rear on a 606 sqm block, was bought for $15 million; and - Unit 13 a 200 sqm ground floor retail unit including a 48 sqm courtyard and unit 15, a 195 sqm ground floor retail unit including a 48 sqm courtyard at Ozone Bondi Beach at 102-106 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach, were bought together for $8 million.
