The latest research from North Sydney Cityscope shows sales have significantly decreased in total sales value in the quarter to April 2019.

Sales recorded in the most recent quarter totalled $50.3 million from 30 sales, a decrease in total value compared to the $263.1 million from 49 sales in the quarter to January 2019 and from the $466.3 million from 33 sales in the quarter to October 2018.

This quarter brings the twelve-month total value of sales to $1.183 billion, a large decrease from the $2.675 billion recorded for the previous year.

Notable sales for the April 2019 update of North Sydney Cityscope include:

  • The airspace above the Firehouse Hotel, 86 Walker Street, North Sydney, which will be part of the development next door at 88 Walker Street, North Sydney
    A proposed 48-storey building comprising of hotel, offices and retail spaces, was bought for $6.325 million;
  • Lot 125 at 88 Alfred Street South, Milsons Point
    A 459 sqm commercial/retail suite including a terrace on the ground floor plus a car space on basement level 2 and a 9 sqm storage on basement level 1, was bought for $6 million and
  • Stratum lot 2 on the ground floor of the Niche Cremorne Apartments at 352-360 Military Road, Cremorne
    A retail area of 635.2 sqm plus 2 car spaces on basement level, was bought for approximately $4.6 million.

    A two-storey building with parking for four cars and a net lettable area of 353 sqm, which is for sale through Hartigan Bolt;
  • Blaxland House at 2-4 Clarke Street, Crows Nest
    A three-storey building with parking to the rear for 12 cars and a net lettable area of 1,100 sqm, which is for sale through CBRE Sydney and
  • 83 Walker Street, North Sydney
    A three-storey office building with parking for eight cars and a net lettable area of 1,100 sqm, which is for sale through Hartigan Bolt.
