The latest research from Norwest Cityscope shows an increase in the total value of sales over the last quarter. For the three months to April 2019, there were 14 sales at a total value of $54.7 million, compared to the 15 sales at a total value of $13.8 million for the three months to January 2019.

This data brings the 12-month total to $146.1 million, a decrease from the $298.7 million recorded the same time last year.

Notable sales recorded in the April 2019 update of Norwest Cityscope include:

  • 11-13 Solent Circuit, Norwest
    A development site of 12,000 sqm, proposed for the Esplanade Norwest Lake development, which was sold for $35 million through PRDnationwide (Norwest);
  • Lot 5 (known as Unit 5), T1 Norwest, 14-16 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista
    A commercial unit comprising of 995 sqm on the ground level in the north-western part of the building, plus 565 sqm on the north-western mezzanine level and 26 car spaces on the ground level, was sold for $7.425 million and
  • Lot 70 (known as Suite A13), Lexington Corporate, 24-32 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista
