The latest research from Norwest Cityscope shows an increase in the total value of sales over the last quarter. For the three months to July 2019, there were 18 sales at a total value of $319.2 million, compared to the 14 sales at a total value of $54.7 million for the three months to April 2019. 

The increase in sales value was mainly due to the sale of the Norwest Private Hospital and seven medical suites at 11 Norbrik Drive, Bella Vista.

This data brings the 12-month total to $449.8 million, an increase from the $241.3 million recorded the same time last year.

Notable sales recorded in the July 2019 update of Norwest Cityscope include:

  • Norwest Private Hospital at 11 Norbrik Drive, Bella Vista
