The latest research from Norwest Cityscope shows a decrease in the total value of sales over the last quarter. For the three months to April 2020, there were 23 sales at a total value of $24.9 million, compared to the 16 sales at a total value of $58.7 million for the three months to January 2019.
 
This data brings the 12-month total to $410.4 million, an increase from the $146.1 million recorded the same time last year.

Notable sales of strata recorded in the April 2020 update of Norwest Cityscope include:

  • Lot 83, known as suite 4.04, a commercial unit of 75 sqm on level four including a 6 sqm balcony, northern aspect, plus 3 car spaces; lot 84, known as suite 4.05, a commercial unit of 76 sqm on level four including a 10 sqm balcony, northern aspect, plus 3 car spaces and Lot 85, known as suite 4.06, a commercial unit of 80 sqm on level four including a 12 sqm balcony, northern aspect, plus 3 car spaces at Versatile, 29 - 31 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista, all sold together for $1.85 million;
