The latest research from Parramatta Cityscope shows sales have slightly decreased in terms of value. In the quarter ending March 2019, there were 15 sales at a total value of $145.1 million, compared to the $151.8 million from 17 sales recorded for the previous quarter.

The 12-monthly sales value has increased, with 60 sales at a total value of $884.6 million for the year to March 2019, compared to the 88 sales at a total value of $737.5 million for the previous year.

Notable sales in the March 2019 update of Parramatta Cityscope include:

  • 9 George Street, Parramatta
    A seven-storey commercial building with ground level retail space and basement parking for 43 cars, with a typical floor plates of 812 sqm and a net lettable area of 5,000 sqm, which sold for $44.3 million;
  • 2 Hassall Street, Parramatta
    A 2-storey office building with parking to the rear and underneath the building for approximately 33 cars, total building area is 1,338 sqm and 4 Hassall Street, Parramatta, a vacant land of 417 sqm, which were sold together for $33 million and
  • Regency Square at 470 Church Street, Parramatta
    A five-storey office/showroom building with four office floors, two ground floor showrooms and parking for 111 cars, total net lettable area is 3,667 sqm, which sold for $21.5 million.
