The latest research from Parramatta Cityscope shows sales have decreased in terms of both sales value and volume. In the quarter ending June 2019, there were 12 sales at a total value of $46.5 million, compared to the $145.1 million from 15 sales recorded for the previous quarter. 

The 12-monthly sales value has increased, with 59 sales at a total value of $885.2 million for the year to June 2019, compared to the 75 sales at a total value of $432.4 million for the previous year.

Notable sales in the June 2019 update of Parramatta Cityscope include:

  • Regency Square at 470 Church Street, Parramatta, a five-storey office/showroom building with four office floors, two ground floor showrooms and parking for 111 cars, with a total net lettable area of 3,667 sqm, which sold for close to $25 million; 
  • 435-437 Church Street, Parramatta, a BP Express service station on a block of 1,281 sqm, which sold for $8.7 million and
  • Whole of level one in an eight-level office building at 85 George Street, Parramatta, comprising lot 5 a 103 sqm commercial suite with a car space, lot 6, a 118 sqm commercial suite with a car space, lot 7, a 172 sqm commercial suite plus 2 car spaces, lot 8, a 98 sqm commercial suite with a car space, lot 9, an 80 sqm commercial suite with a car space and lot 10, a 60 sqm commercial suite with a car space, which sold together for $5.72 million.
