There are some changes coming to the way you login to RP Data Professional.  On June 20 2018, we're rolling out a new login page which may impact the way you login to our site.

  • Your username and password will no longer be pre-filled by your browser, so it is important you remember these details. Once you enter your username and password on this new page, the browser should prompt you to save them again - and it'll work fine after that;
  • Any new passwords created must meet stronger requirements; and
  • Verify your email address is correct to ensure any reset password links are sent to the correct address.

Browser Saved Passwords

No doubt all of us rely on the browser to save our usernames and passwords - it's a great convenience.
 
While your username and password won't change, when we update our login page, your browser will not be familiar this new page meaning your saved username and password will not automatically pre-fill.  Once you enter your username and password on this new page, the browser should prompt you to save them again - and it'll work fine after that!

Review Your Personal Details

Please take this opportunity to review your personal details and update your email address under the My Account section in RP Data Professional. This will ensure any reset password links are sent to the correct email address.

Stronger Passwords

If you forget your password at any time, you can use the Forgot Password link to reset it.  Once the new login page comes into effect, any passwords that are set will be required to meet our new strong password requirements that consist of:

  • Between 8 - 128 characters, with at least:
  • One upper case letter;
  • One lower case letter;
  • One number; and
  • One special character (!"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~)
