Caitlin Fono

Caitlin has spent more than a decade working with property data and analytics in various roles, earning a position on the CoreLogic research team in 2013. As a respected and highly experienced research analyst, Caitlin works with high frequency data sets, regularly updating our widely read auction reporting, weekly activity updates and customised data briefs.

Applying sharp technical skills and an analytical eye over Australia’s property market, Caitlin authors CoreLogic’s Quarterly Auction Review and Quarterly Regional Market Update. Caitlin also works closely with the Cordell Construction team and our costings team, reporting on non-residential data and constructions costs.

An advocate of impeccable data quality, Caitlin’s driving passion is to explain data in a way that’s both compelling and easy to understand.
