The latest ANZ-CoreLogic Affordability Report shows while housing affordability deteriorated in June 2024, it is not deteriorating everywhere. The silver lining of the soft Melbourne market, where values are down 4.9% from the peak, is that Melbourne dwellings are more affordable.
