Kaytlin Ezzy

As an economist, Kaytlin is a key member within CoreLogic’s research team. Highly efficient and flexible, she specialises in collating large and customised data sets, data visualisation and residential data reports.

Kaytlin is particularly passionate about demystifying the mathematics behind economic theory and has a keen interest in macroeconomic policy and international relations. When she is not buried in data, she can be found debating the pros and cons of various government or trade policies.

As part of her role, Kaytlin summarises and provides commentary on high frequency data-sets such as weekly auction trends, inventory levels and movements in housing values and authors CoreLogic's Australian Unit Market Report and Quarterly Rental Review.

Kaytlin holds a degree in Commerce specialising in economics and econometric modelling and graduated with first class honours from Griffith University in 2018. She previously worked in the economic impact analysis and commercial development space before joining CoreLogic as a Data Analyst in 2020.
