Leading mortgage aggregator Finsure wanted to empower its broker network to become trusted partners to home buyers and investors. To achieve this, Finsure brokers would need to help their clients beyond simply arranging property finance.
Finsure wanted a solution that would enable its brokers to have more meaningful conversations with their clients around the history, value and performance of specific properties. This would give their clients the confidence they need when making a major property decision.
CoreLogic’s solution involved embedding its data services into Infynity, Finsure’s state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Brokers with an RP Data subscription now have direct access to detailed information and analysis on the property their clients are looking to purchase.
Although it would usually take 6–12 months to plug CoreLogic’s data into an external CRM, the CoreLogic and Finsure project teams found innovative ways to slash the project timeframe. As a result, the integration was completed in around two weeks.
By integrating CoreLogic’s comprehensive data with Infynity, Finsure brokers now have a one-stop shop for their client and property data, valuation estimates and much more. This helps brokers save time, streamline their processes and create a seamless workflow within a single platform.
