5.5 - August 2023
- For those wanting to research a custom area, you can now search within a user defined shape on the map. You can also save that search and receive notifications on properties within it.
- There are now 40 recent searches in your address search history.

- You can now share links to reports to help with issues sharing large files over SMS
- We now provide a Valuation Estimate History graph to help you understand how the estimated value of a property has changed over time
- A host of small improvements to our Report builder including a new Smart Sorting feature to help find the best comparable properties

- You can now get For Sale / For Rent / Recent Sale notifications on your Watchlists.
- We’ve brought Notifications to Saved Searches: Now you can define a simple or complex set of search criteria and then get alerted when something changes.
- Notifications have been given an upgrade across the board so viewing the activity feed is faster and easier to filter.
- We’ve improved the UI to make things easier to read with new icons and nicer fonts.
