What's New in Property Guru Mobile

Make sure you always update to the latest version of Property Guru Mobile to ensure you’re taking advantage of the latest features and improvements, as well as speed and stability fixes.

5.5 - August 2023

For those wanting to research a custom area, you can now search within a user defined shape on the map. You can also save that search and receive notifications on properties within it.
There are now 40 recent searches in your address search history.

You can now share links to reports to help with issues sharing large files over SMS
We now provide a Valuation Estimate History graph to help you understand how the estimated value of a property has changed over time
A host of small improvements to our Report builder including a new Smart Sorting feature to help find the best comparable properties

You can now get For Sale / For Rent / Recent Sale notifications on your Watchlists.
We’ve brought Notifications to Saved Searches: Now you can define a simple or complex set of search criteria and then get alerted when something changes.
Notifications have been given an upgrade across the board so viewing the activity feed is faster and easier to filter.
We’ve improved the UI to make things easier to read with new icons and nicer fonts.

Multi-Target Search – You can now search in multiple targets at the same time – e.g. streets or suburbs. Simply hit the plus button in the suggestion list to add that target to the list of places you want to search.

We now support the ability to build complex CMA reports within the app. Click on the CMA button on the Property Details page to get started.
The property details screen has an additional card to display more in-depth title information about a property.
My Territory has been added to Property Pro where you can nominate a territory and receive push notifications on properties that have been withdrawn from sale or have been on the market for an extended period to assist with lead generation.

Valuation Status

With this release of Property Pro, we've provided Brokers and Lenders an easy and efficient way to check the status of their Valex Valuation orders.

Home Buyers are often extremely anxious about the status of their home loan application. Valuation status on Property Pro enables Brokers and participating Lenders to have the right conversation at the right time to help put the customer at ease and to enable timely intervention where there are delays.

Provide great customer service by keeping your buyers informed
Quickly address any issues or delays
View a snapshot of all of your orders, or detail about a specific order.

In this release we've also:

Added a new 1-Page Property Detail report, great for confirming property details with vendors or taking with you to appraisals and appointments. Find it under the Reports icon on the property detail page
Giving you the best view of the property imagery, with higher quality imagery now showing in the image gallery
Addressed reported bugs, improved stability for iPad users, and improved performance for street and suburb searching.

Image Gallery Improvements

We've made extensive improvements to the image gallery feature - there are now more ways to view, upload and share available property imagery:

Visually understand more angles on property with new ‘Aerial’ and ‘Boundary’ views
View how a property has changed over time with historical date captures within the gallery tile view.
Share property images in a few quick taps via text message or email
Update and upload new photos from within the app
Save a photo to your camera roll
Report an inappropriate photo.

Little changes, big difference:

Once you’ve added properties to your favourite lists, you can now access them from outside the app using iOS Spotlight Search! Just swipe down from your home screen and search for your saved properties using any part of the address or even the favourite list name.
Copy the property address to your clipboard by long pressing on the address on the property detail page.
The wildly popular ‘favourites’ feature has been optimised and improved.
We’ve added force-touch support* for peek and pop from any search results view, including the similar properties view. Press half-way on any property in the search results to get a preview of the property. Press the whole way down to load the full property. *Only on force-touch supported iPhones.

Faster, faster:

We’ve improved performance of the property detail page, squashed some bugs and sped up searching too. You’ll notice the difference with repeat searches, favourites and reports now returning faster. What’s not to love about that!
