Metro Northcote required a 6-month custom property development campaign aimed at boosting leads coming in for their new development – Northcote Place. The project was listed through Jellis Craig Northcote and aimed to attract young families and downsizers.

The Solution

In order to reach the right users looking to buy, Plezzel leveraged existing Jellis Craig Northcote pixel and sales enquiry data. Utilising our specialised knowledge in precise targeting and digital marketing expertise, Plezzel were able to quickly find the right person for each position.

Creative targeting and retargeting across relevant digital channels helped reach the right buyers based on demographics like location, interests, age, etc. Plezzel continuously monitored engagement to fine-tune the campaign to ensure effectiveness and maximise cost efficiency.

Results

Over the course of the campaign, Plezzel generated 265 qualified buyer leads at a (Cost Per lead of $15), many of which converted to sales.
