Use Agent Centre, a new, simple-to-use admin portal, to help you manage your brand on OnTheHouse so you can stand out from the competition, promote your sales performance and help attract more leads.
Depending on your role and access level, you can:
- Update your agent and agency profile pages
- Manage your brand including your agency logo, team profiles, agent headshots and other branding assets
- Manage access permissions for your team
- Confirm all listings are flowing through to OnTheHouse correctly to ensure you are enjoying maximum exposure for your active and sold listings.

Showcase your RateMyAgent profile on OnTheHouse
To showcase your great feedback and build your reputation, you can now display your RateMyAgent ratings and reviews on your OnTheHouse profile.
Your RateMyAgent profile should automatically display on your OnTheHouse profile. However, you can configure it manually and manage whether your RateMyAgent ratings and reviews display on your OnTheHouse profile via Agent Centre or by contacting our support team.
Recent sales available more quickly
We’ve made some improvements to how we profile your recent sales on OnTheHouse to ensure that any sale results you send through to us from your CRM will generally be published on OnTheHouse within seconds of us receiving that data .
Plus, we’re gradually rolling out further enhancements on the site to better profile your sales performance and help deliver you more leads, so stay tuned for more updates in this space.
