With the extended lockdown in the Sydney market, Central Coast office, Property Central, was looking for technology to assist their vendor’s list in selling their home using off-market strategies.
The Challenge
Off-market selling strategy means not listing the property on portals, print media and large photography shoots, saving the Vendor money in selling their home. Instead, the agent will use their powerful in-house assets, such as buyer databases, to market off-market listings.
With the local property market extremely strong, buoyed by low-interest rates and buyer demand, Vendors are confident in listing their home without the need to invest in large advertising budgets. Having the technology to support Off-Market listings was key to working with Plezzel.
The Solution
After deployment of the Plezzel platform, our expert team trained the Property Central staff to utilise all key listing features and buyer engagement channels, including email, SMS, and digital capabilities. With inbuilt unique landing pages per property, buyers can easily visit the page, enquire and even request a private inspection.
Office Training and support was provided by the Plezzel Support team. The support team is agile and responsive to questions and suggestions from the agent’s on using the technology.
