Our digital platform has created a smart, effective brand awareness and lead generation campaign for the team at Belle Property Caulfield.

The Challenge

The Belle Property Caulfield team engaged Plezzel to provide a targeted brand awareness campaign. The campaign was initiated in the winter months and during the COVID-19 Pandemic (low consumer sentiment). The goals were to provide targeted and consistent brand awareness and nurturing to local homeowners and investors.

The Solution

The Plezzel Digital marketing team developed high-quality, on-brand content and creative. The campaign planned to “tell a story” with the ultimate objective of generating enquiries from local homeowners. Targeting is powered by the Plezzel Digital Platform to ensure regular content posts are delivered to the right audience at the right time.


The campaign generated 2 Seller leads for the office in the first month, but also nurtured over 6,000+ local homeowners in the local area through a series of consistent brand awareness and nurturing posts.
