CoreLogic operates in one of the most talked about industries around the globe – property data and insights. Our team apply their expertise on the largest asset classes which are residential and commercial property. So if you too have an interest in property, come and see whether there is a position for you in our organisation. Roles can span fields of analytics, sales, finance, operations, marketing, product, and human resources just to name a few.
Having the drive to succeed, embrace responsibility and actively seek to improve and develop skills is what we strive for; while sharing our common values in respect, client focus, ownership and engagement.
Don't just work at CoreLogic, Be More at CoreLogic!

Just ask our people…
Senior Leader, Analytics & Data Science
Like any job, my role has its fair share of challenges and stress, along with generous workloads, but I love the environment, the specialist subject matter, my team (a talented mix of data modelers, engineers and statisticians) and the drive to excel. The analytics team has grown over the last 3 years from 6 to 21, which I am very proud of building and developing.
Leader, Product Services
CoreLogic has an amazing culture which promotes innovation, collaboration and empowerment for all staff. Passionate and motivated people are rewarded with opportunities to learn and grow. It's fantastic to be able to rock up to work each day and work in this type of team environment.
Senior Professional, Client & Sales Training, Sales
For the past 10 years I have been a part of the CoreLogic family working in the sales and training team. CoreLogic is a global company that has an inclusive corporate culture - it's fun to go work each day and I enjoy the challenge and responsibility that comes with my role.
It’s an environment where employees work hard and achieve success as a team. Management are encouraging and I am empowered to strive for continued success, further enhancing my career opportunities.
For those who strive for excellence and display role model behaviour on a daily basis, the opportunity is available to join our High Achievers Club. Every year, the best of the best are selected to attend an all-expenses paid trip on CoreLogic.
Regular Social Events
Our social club holds a number of employee events throughout the year designed to promote and encourage inter-team bonding and awareness.
Health & Wellbeing
The health and wellbeing of our employees is paramount and we are committed to promoting a healthy work-life balance. We offer a range of benefits such as free flu vaccinations, employee assistance programs, wellness workshops and OHS policies that encourage a safe and inclusive environment.
Paid Parental Leave
Our employees are eligible for a period of 52 weeks' unpaid parental leave when they are the primary caregiver, following the birth of an infant or the adoption of a child under 16 years of age.
Training & Development
CoreLogic recognises that continuous development is essential to ensuring our future success and the growth of our people. We offer a number of training opportunities to all staff throughout the year – both online and face to face.
We are committed to recognising outstanding performance. Our spot awards are used to recognise employees who ‘go the extra’ mile or who perform above and beyond the call of duty.
Our service awards provide employees with recognition of length of service beyond their standard remuneration package.
At CoreLogic, it’s important we take the necessary steps to ensure we find the right fit for our roles and that we have given you the best opportunity to establish whether or not we are the right fit for you. Therefore, our selection process has a number of stages.
Where are our roles advertised?
We use a number of platforms to advertise our current opportunities.
Other than our 'Current Opportunities' tab on our company website, we use LinkedIn, Seek, Flex Careers, Women in Technology, Stack Overflow and University Career Hubs to source the best candidates.
So you’ve applied for a role – what’s next?
All of our roles go through an initial screening process. Due to the high number of applications received, unfortunately, we are only able to go back to shortlisted candidates that we have identified closely match the role criteria.
Once shortlisted, you will receive a call from one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists. This brief conversation is used to gauge suitability; experience, salary expectations, availability and motivations. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions about the role and the firm.
Once you have been selected to interview for the role you’ve applied for, your Talent Acquisition Partner will organise for you to meet face to face (or via video-conference) with the hiring manager. Generally speaking, our interviews are conducted with 2 -3 relevant stakeholders and often require more than one interview for successful applicants.
Testing (if applicable)
A few of our roles may require you to complete either a cultural fit assessment or technical, self-administered online test. A brief discussion will occur prior to this assessment being administered.
Once we proceed to offer, we conduct thorough reference and background checks on all potential employees. Once complete and following a call from one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists to discuss, your employment contract will be administered and sent via DocuSign.
It is important for us that you hear either way, so we endeavour to contact all unsuccessful applicants to explain the outcome. If you are made unsuccessful from one role, it doesn’t mean that you won’t be a great fit elsewhere in our business!
Meet Our Recruiters
Our Talent Acquisition Team partner closely with our hiring managers to advise, guide and assist on best practice recruitment. With candidate experience at the forefront of their minds, and through a tailored approach using various platforms, including Seek, LinkedIn and Stack Overflow, they place a large focus on strategic sourcing in order to secure the best talent across Australia and New Zealand.
