Partial demolition, buildings & works associated with the redevelopment of the Lygon Court Shopping Centre's Drummond Street facade for use as a restaurant (cafe) at ground level & extension of the second storey balconies over the footpath. Part of the existing wall at the Drummond Street frontage & the internal walkway will be demolished for the construction of a cafe of 60sqm. Construction of new balconies to extend by 2.7m from the second storey over the footpath & outdoor seating below & construction of a new facade. 148 car spaces. Materials will include timber balcony cladding, steel window frames, bluestone entry stairs, render to the facade, glazing at the entryway and street & steel canopies over entryways.
