The residential land will include approximately 2.376ha of R30 land which is expected to yield 79 dwellings; 1.527ha of land will be R40, yielding an expected 69 dwellings; 2.323ha will be zoned R50 and may yield 129 dwellings; 0.371ha of R60 land will yield approximately 25 dwellings; and 0.696ha of R80 land will likely yield 58 single and 82 multiple dwellings.
