Removal of contemporary internal walls & partitions as required, & replacement with new internal walls in order to facilitate new apartments; new fire resistant ceilings; new bathrooms, kitchens, internal fixtures & storage to all units; creation of enclosed balconies to the majority of units at levels 1-3 located behind the existing windows & separated from the new living areas by glazed sliding doors; & acoustic window treatments & new interior glazing. External alterations comprise repaint timber windows to match existing; replace fourth floor aluminium doors to balconies (located inside the roof form) with new charcoal metallic powdercoated aluminium frames; alterations to existing recessed brick work at roller door to reinstate full opening width & provision of new recessed window opening; creation of a new balcony above the parapet level to provide open space for south facing fourth floor units; existing fourth floor windows to be reconfigured as new windows & sliding doors; extension of the existing roof plant room. New lightweight internal walls with plasterboard lining, replacement of existing aluminium doors to balconies with new metallic powdercoated aluminium, existing timber windows to be repainted. Strata subdivision of the building into 24 lots and common property.
