About This Project
Redevelopment of the Fisherman's Co-op building at Port Fairy Wharf. It will be a new 490 sqm single storey building to replace the old Fishermans Co-op building. The the shape of the building is inspired by the historical Port Fairy life boat. A feature would be a curved wall moving through the water & creating ripples in the Moyne River. It will include a fish shop, fish & chips shop, a restaurant to include 80 seats to be seated inside & 21 on the outside, kitchen, store & amenities. Materials will include Timber floor boards, glazed doors, exposed double timber trusses with raised cathedral ceilings, canopy, blue stone paving, outdoor deck & landscaping. 3 bike racks. Demolition of existing building.
