About This Project

The Principal has the care, control & management of Yandra Tce, Hayborough & proposes to carry out stormwater upgrade works. In broad terms, the scope of works comprises (subject to the foregoing, the works generally include without necessarily being limited to the following): 1) mobilisation of plant, equipment, sheds & labour to site; 2) liaison & cooperation with Council & service authorities; 3) service locating & depthing; 4) identification & protection of existing underground & overhead services & repair of any existing services damaged by the works; 5) coordination with other contractors on site completing doglegs or relocations for service main adjustments; 6) setting out the works from established bench marks & boundaries; 7) installation & maintenance of security fencing around site facilities & active works & trenches etc; 8) soil erosion & drainage management; 9) site clearance of all vegetation, rubbish, internal services, & structures including grubbing out stumps; 10) demolish & dispose of existing pavements & infrastructure (kerb, concrete etc.) off site to a legal dump; 11) dispose of excess trench spoil off site to a legal dump, including any associated environmental testing required; 12) earthworks including but not milted to: swale works, bunds, cut & fill ; 13) Hydroseed to all disturbed surfaces within the swale at completion of works; 14) supply & install new drainage pipes & box culverts; 15) supply & install new junction boxes, side entry pits & headwalls; 16) supply & install GPT; 17) provision for shoring of trenches & pit excavations; 18) adjustments to existing stormwater infrastructure as required; 19) pavement reinstatement as required for Council maintained roads & DPTI specifications for DPTI maintained roads 20) reinstatement of all existing infrastructure affected by the works (eg kerb & gutter, spoon drains, footpaths, fencing, line marking & signage, etc); 21) traffic management (eg safety barriers, signage); 22) maintenance of access & service to existing private property within the project at all times; 23) as constructed survey; 24) CCTV survey; 25) demobilisation of site;
