New seawall and ancillary marine infrastructure works such as queuing beach & boat ramp access stairs. Associated electrical works including high voltage cable protection (Zone 5), Rate 2 street & road lighting & associated Rate 3 lighting. Associated landscaping, road furniture, fencing, parking, traffic and regulatory signage, concrete pathways, pavement & line marking works. Realignment of Service Utilities (including water main and stormwater drainage).
