About This Project

Office rectification works stage 2. Scope of work includes: kitchenette - removal & storage of existing joinery, fittings and fixtures. Demolition works - demolition as required to allow for construction of cleaners cupboard and access ladder. Destructive inspection works - creation of inspection holes as required to allow for assessment of existing wall framing for water damage. Remediate amenities wall framing assess and provide 2 quotations for: Option A: removal of severely damaged sections only, installation of new framing as required and remediation works to retained framing & Option B: removal of all damaged sections of existing wall framing, and installation of new framing as required. Plumbing - installation of new hot and cold water connections for cleaners sink and core floor hole for new cleaners sink drain connection made within the ceiling cavity of Level 1. Installation of Ladder to Chiller Deck - remove existing stairs to chiller deck, make ready floor substrate as required for installation of new floor covering, supply and install new access step ladder to chiller deck. Walls & ceilings - install new wall framing as shown on drawings including framing for new sliding door to chiller deck ladder. Install wall linings, and doors as noted, new ceilings and access hatches in amenities and make good ceilings in kitchenette and both passageways. Reinstate kitchenette. Electrical replace existing electrical outlets in kitchenette in same locations (existing wiring to be retained); lighting supply including switching, and outlets in amenities area by others. Security - install new security access swipe and suitable door latch to sliding door, integrated with existing system carried out by nominated sub-contractor Christec. Fire - reinstatement of fire sensors and alarm components in Amenities and Kitchenette and installation of new sensors in cleaners cupboard & chiller access ladder rooms to be carried out by nominated sub-contractor. Painting - paint existing rear wall of kitchenette and passageway, along with new walls, skirtings & architraves enclosing new chiller access room & cleaners cupboard; painting required on both sides of the access corridor to ensure balanced and same appearance.
