First 100 Days Onboarding Program
We know that every company is different, and sometimes the transition to a new workplace can be challenging. To help new team members with this transition, our first 100 Days onboarding program is designed to help new colleagues settle in and equip them with the tools and confidence to dive in and thrive at CoreLogic.
The program begins the moment an offer is accepted.
The first week is all about meeting your Buddy, Manager and immediate teams. New colleagues will participate in learning sessions to familiarise themselves with our culture and the essentials they need to understand how we work. Buddies and Managers help new team members build their CoreLogic network, after all, we are excited to get to know them!
The journey continues throughout the First 100 Days, and includes welcome sessions with the CEO, executive and leadership team members and learning opportunities to accelerate and inspire you to grow your career with us.
Building Emerging Talent Program
We invest in the development of our next generation leaders as a contributor to building a high performance culture at all layers of our organisation.
The BET program is designed to accelerate the development of emerging talent through mentoring, group learning sessions, networking opportunities and experiential projects such as community ‘build’ projects with Habitat for Humanity. Click below to see a video of our Give More initiatives.
