New truck fuelling area with new canopy at the rear of the site with 2 new underground diesel tanks & new 1 double sided bowser & 2 single sided bowsers. New internal hardstand areas & driveways. New retaining wall & sub soil drainage system at rear & western side of the site, relocation of fuel tank vents, widening of crossing on McIlwraith St & kerb realignment. Carparking for 15 vehicles. Landscaping. Signage.
