Demolition of existing elevated walkway connecting Langley, Sulman & Power building. Alterations to the existing Langley building of the Women's College within the University of Sydney including refurbishment of existing students' residences. Pedestrian access & circulation improvements including new lift to facilitate disabled access to upper floors. Construction of a new circular 3 storey building for education purposes (the 'Sibyl Centre'), 1099sq m. The Sybil Centre building will accommodate a library, tutorial spaces, administrative office space, function space & roof top terrace. New colonnade partially extending around the Langley building. Construction of a new single storey residence for the Vice Principal, integrated into the design of the new colonna. Associated facilities including road infrastructure, stormwater management.
