McMillan campus: 3 storey homebase, library & special programs block (Block 2); 21 homebases with operable/stacking doors; shared learning commons free play area; library & special programs; student toilet facilities on each level, male & female (2 WC each); student amenities; accessible toilet, male & female (8 WC each); open space facilities; bamboo walkway; artificial turf area; upper-level link to Block M. Works to comprise 5 stages: Stage 1: refurbish former library to homebase & music room at McMillan campus. Stage 2: demolition of 7 homebases & the music room at McMillan campus; construction of new 21 homebase block & library & new amenities block. Stage 3: demolish ex-student amenities block. Brick walls, powdercoated louvres, powdercoated window frames, colorbond cladding, fascias & guttering, colorbond roof. Basement carparking. New site landscaping including artificial turf.
