Works to comprise 5 stages: Stage 1: refurbish former library to homebase & music room at McMillan campus. Stage 2: demolition of 7 homebases & the music room at McMillan campus; construction of new 21 homebase block & library & new amenities block. Stage 3: demolish ex-student amenities block.
