There were a significantly lower volume of commercial auctions reported over the week ending 4th November, with only a total of 5 reported with a clearance rate of 40.0 per cent, compared to the previous week’s 59.0 per cent across 110 results. This is also lower than the equivalent week last year reporting a 53.8 per cent clearance rate based on 26 results. Over the four weeks ending the 4th of November, there were a total of 229 reported commercial auctions, 131 reported as sold. Based on the 89 results reported with a sale price, the total value of transactions is $219.0 million.
