Preliminary results show an improving clearance rate over the week ending 5 August, at 63.4 per cent across 41 results, compared to the previous week when 58.6 per cent of the 58 auctions were sold. Over the corresponding week last year, 67.9 per cent of the 84 auctions were sold. There were 167 reported auctions over the past four weeks, with 97 successful results. Of these 97 sales, 77 have been reported with a sale price, totalling approximately $207.93 million.
