The latest research from Auckland Cityscope shows that property sales value have increased over the past three months.
In the three months to May 2019, there were 27 sales for a total of $406.5 million, as compared with 28 sales for a total of $296.7 million recorded for the three months to February 2019, and with the 23 sales at a total of $361.7 million recorded for the three months to November 2018.
The latest data brings the total sales for the 12 months to $2.185 billion, a significant increase from the $1.311 billion in sales recorded to the same time last year.

- 155 Fanshawe Street, Auckland Central
Currently a development site of a $265 million six-star green rated, 6-storey office building comprising two levels of basement car parking, ground level atrium and glass facade and office space on upper levels with a building area of 19,000 sqm, which was bought for more than $247 million, the sale price involved the land, the development right and the building upon completion;
- 35 Graham Street, Auckland Central

- VR Queen Street at 401 Queen Street, Auckland Central
