The latest research from Canberra Cityscope shows property sales have decreased in the past three months.
Sales recorded in the quarter to September 2019 totalled $191.8 million, a decrease compared to the $380.2 million from 17 sales recorded in the quarter to June 2019, but an increase from the $44.8 million of 23 sales recorded in the three months to March 2019.
The data brings the 12-month total to $651.8 million, an increase from the $413.7 million recorded the same time last year.

Notable sales in the September 2019 update of Canberra Cityscope include:
- Midnight development at 92-96 Northbourne Avenue, Braddon
To be a 9-storey building comprising 250 residential apartments, a 180-room Abode Hotel, 2,500 sqm commercial and retail space on ground level, and three levels of basement parking, which was bought in a related party transaction for $124.43 million;
- 40 Allara Street, City
A six-storey office and retail building built in 1973 with a single-storey annex to the north and basement parking for 17 cars, which was bought for $23 million and
- 30 Mort Street, Braddon
A two-storey concrete brick building, completed in 2007 with built-in docking area and underground parking for 65 cars, which was bought for $10.6 million.

A 6-storey office building with a net lettable area of 3,230 sqm, basement parking for 20 cars and 40 onsite car parks, built in 1982 and refurbished in 1987, which is for sale through CBRE Sydney, CBRE Canberra and LJH Commercial Canberra;
- 7-11 Botany Street, Woden
A two-storey building with a net lettable area of 711 sqm and yard at rear, which is for sale through Civium Property Group and
- 17 Barry Drive, Turner
A three-storey office building with a net lettable office area of 1,388 sqm and parking to the rear, which is for sale through CBRE Canberra.
