The latest research from Eastern Melbourne Cityscope shows property sales have increased in the past three months in total sales value.

Sales recorded in the quarter ending April 2019 totaled $111 million from 18 sales, compared to the $71.5 million from 23 sales recorded in the three months to January 2019.

This data brings the 12-month total to $445.7 million, a decrease from the $766 million recorded over the same period of previous year.

Notable sales in the April 2019 update of Eastern Melbourne Cityscope include:

  • Trak Centre at 443-449 Toorak Road, Toorak
    A building in three main sections, to Toorak Road, a 3-level retail podium; to the centre of the site, an 11-level office tower plus basement and to Jackson Street, a 5-level parking station and some ground floor retail space, which was sold for $45 million;
  • 112 Trenerry Crescent, Abbotsford
    A 4 and 5-storey office building converted from a former factory/warehouse, with parking for about 94 cars on paved land round the building and on the lower ground floor. Net lettable area is 4,252 sqm. There is a brick substation to Trenerry Crescent on the north-west corner of the site, which was sold for $21 million and
  • 79-83 High Street, Kew
    A 3-level strata titled office building, with 19 lots and ground floor parking for 112 cars and storage spaces, with a net lettable area of 3,363 sqm, which was sold for $19 million.

Properties listed as for sale in the April 2019 update of Eastern Melbourne Cityscope include:

  • Kew Corporate Centre at 830-832 High Street, Kew East
    Comprising three office buildings with a total area of 3,494 sqm. Building 1 at 830-832 High Street is a three-level building including a basement car park; Building 2 to Burke Road is a one and two-level building and Building 3 to Burke Road is a one-level building. There are also on-site parking for 111 cars in the basement of building one and on paved land between the buildings, which is for sale through Knight Frank;
  • 94-96 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne
    A 5-level office building with building area of 1,395 sqm and 17 car space, which is for sale through Vinci Carbone Property and
  • 2 Whitehorse Road, Blackburn
    A concrete office building of three levels including a basement car park with 16 spaces, with a building area of 910 sqm, which is for sale through Savills Melbourne.

  • 597 Blackburn Road, Notting hill, part of Notting Hill Business Campus
    A 2-storey office building to the front and warehouse space to the rear, which has office space of ranging from 811 to 1,666 sqm available through Colliers International – Melbourne East, Pellicano Group and CBRE Mulgrave;
  • 3G Marine Parade, Abbotsford
