Sales recorded for Melbourne Units Cityscope for the three months to February 2018 totalled $319.5 million, a decrease from the $573.1 million recorded for the quarter to November 2017 and the $406 million recorded for the quarter to August 2017.
The latest data brings the twelve-month sales total to $1.478 billion, an increase from the previous twelve months, which recorded sales of $904.3 million.

Some notable sales featured in the February 2018 update of Melbourne Units Cityscope include:
- Unit 3603 in the 43-level tower at 35 Spring Street, Melbourne, a residential apartment with a large balcony facing south east plus two balconies facing north east and south west on level 36 including a car park area for three cars on basement level 3 plus three storage units on basement level one and level nine, which was sold for $7.9 million;
- Unit 3405 in the 43-level tower at 35 Spring Street, Melbourne, a residential apartment with two balconies both facing north east on level 34 including two car park spaces on basement level 2 plus three storage units on basement level 1, which was sold for $3.5 million and
- Unit 503, 73 Flinders Lane, Melbourne, a 242 sqm two bedroom plus study residential apartment on level 5 including a car space, which was sold for over $3.05 million.
