Sales recorded for Melbourne Units Cityscope for the three months to November 2016 totalled $405.2 million, an increase from the $145 million recorded for the quarter to August 2016, and from the $178.9 million recorded for the quarter to May 2016. The latest data brings the 12-month sales total to $1.045 billion, a decrease from the previous 12 months, which recorded sales of $1.149 billion.

Some notable sales  include:

  • Unit 3108, Vision Apartments, at 496-504 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne, an apartment with a balcony on level 31, which sold for $3.71 million;
  • Unit 6, The Bond Store, at 30 Oliver Lane, Melbourne, a 213 sqm apartment with a terrace on level 3 plus double car spaces, which sold for $2.325 million; and
  • Unit 4, 10-22 Manton Lane, Melbourne, a three-bedroom second floor unit with two car spaces, which sold for $2.15 million.
